2009 HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING ON SPRING ROAD

Come join with your family, friends and neighbors for an old-fashioned event.

On Friday, November 20th the Spring Road Business Association lights the

Holiday Tree on Spring Road at the Prairie Path. Activities begin at 6:30PM

with the tree lighting during the hour. As usual, a special little boy or girl will

be selected to do the lighting honors. Come see who’ll be this years 'tree-lighter' –

And in Spring Road tradition, join as we sing holiday favorites under the Gazebo.
We will be providing cups of Hot Chocolate, some Cookies, and plenty of early

Holiday cheer. And as we begin the holiday season we will take time to remember

those in need. A jar will be on site to collect donations for the Yorkfield Community

Food Pantry; your donations are most welcome. Oh, and one more thing

- keep an eye out for Santa - we're told he'll most probably be making an early

first visit to Elmhurst as he too prepares for the holiday season.
